This guide is for entities subject to the ´óÏóÊÓƵFinancial Benchmark (Administration) Rules 2018 and the ´óÏóÊÓƵFinancial Benchmark (Compelled) Rules 2018. It explains how we administer the financial benchmark licensing regime and how licensed financial benchmark administrators may comply with their obligations under the ´óÏóÊÓƵFinancial Benchmark (Administration) Rules 2018.

This guide also explains when we may use our compulsion powers in relation to significant benchmarks.
